1st Place – $2,500
“Hi, I’m Robert Sieger, attending Hofstra University and enrolled in the 5 year BBA/MBA International Business Program as well as the BS degree program in Finance and Economics from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in Dongbei, China. Studying Chinese since middle school, I continue to do so at Hofstra, knowing that speaking the language will certainly further my career in international trade as it relates to supply chain management and logistics transportation.”
2nd Place – $1,000
“Hi, I’m Matt Chambers, an undergraduate of the University of Indianapolis where I studied Operations and Supply Chain Management and am currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University. I was drawn to this field because of its complexity, which enables me to think creatively to solve problems, yet requires a strong quantitative skillset. The combination of my Supply Chain Management degree with a minor in Computer Information Systems has enabled me to view the performance of a supply chain from a unique angle in order to identify new opportunities.”
