Last year was the first year the carriers imposed holiday peak-season surcharges, and it looks like they’re here to stay. View the links below for a summary of the 2018 surcharges from the two largest carriers, UPS and FedEx.
Note each carrier implements an effective date range that varies from one to the other. While UPS’s peak season surcharges run from November 18th through December 22nd, the FedEx peak season range runs from November 19th thru December 24th.
