FedEx Surcharge Increase

For our valued LJM clients, we continue our efforts to raise awareness regarding Surcharges instituted by FedEx.
As the impact of COVID-19 continues to generate elevated volumes and demand for capacity, FedEx is experiencing increased operating costs across its network. As a result, the following modifications are being applied effective June 21, 2021:

$3.50 per package | June 21, 2021 until further notice |
| Peak Surcharge | FedEx Ground® Economy Package Services2 | $1.00 per package | June 21, 2021 until further notice |
| Peak — Residential Delivery Charge3 | FedEx Express and FedEx Ground U.S. domestic residential packages (excluding FedEx Ground Economy and FedEx One Rate®packages) | $0.60 per package | June 21, 2021 until further notice |
