FedEx Reinstates Money-Back Guarantee for Select Services

Following a suspension of its money-back guarantee in March 2020, FedEx is reinstating its Money-Back Guarantee for select services.

Effective November 1, 2021,​ to January 16, 2022

The FedEx Money-Back Guarantee for the following services will be suspended for the United States:

  • FedEx First Overnight
  • FedEx Priority Overnight
  • FedEx Standard Overnight
  • FedEx First Overnight Extra Hours
  • FedEx Priority Overnight Extra Hours
  • FedEx Standard Overnight Extra Hours
  • FedEx International First
  • FedEx International Priority
  • FedEx International Priority Freight

In order to balance focus on service and safety, the FedEx Money-Back Guarantee for the below-listed services will remain suspended until further notice:

  • FedEx Express
  • FedEx Ground
  • FedEx Freight
  • FedEx Office
