FedEx Offers Solution to Stressful Returns

After cost, returns are the most crucial factor in pleasing e-commerce consumers. FedEx is launching a new service to ease the burden of returns for both merchants and consumers. The new FedEx Returns Technology service assists merchants by providing a method to track packages and collect and analyze customer behavior data. Customers will see benefits in having 1,700 participating FedEx locations that will accept returns, and it could also mean a faster refund.
