Entering the 2021 holiday peak season, FedEx expects continued high demand for capacity and increased operating costs across its network. Another holiday surge in residential volume is anticipated which will carry over into 2022.

The new peak surcharges and fees will apply to U.S. Express and Ground services and Ground International.

Beginning October 4th the following charges will be added:

• Peak Additional Handling Surcharge of $5.95 per package
• Peak Oversize Charge of $62.50 per package
• Peak Ground Unauthorized Package Charge of $350.00 per package
