“Demanding innovation and excellence in every channel,” today’s online shoppers are increasingly expecting premium shipping options like next-day and even same-day deliveries as part of their online retail experience.
In a 2017 survey, 25% of respondents even stated that they had abandoned a prospective order because their preferred shipping option wasn’t available. On top of that, shoppers are increasingly concerned about having the option to choose which carrier would deliver their purchase.
