Law firm Husch Blackwell has compiled and published its list of the top 150 US Postal Service (USPS) suppliers in fiscal year (FY) 2015 – and once again FedEx is at number one.
FedEx has now topped the list – which is compiled by David P. Hendel using data received in response to a Freedom of Information Act request – for the 13th consecutive year. In FY2015, FedEx supplied USPS with $1.37bn worth of services.
UPS was just outside the top ten – at number 11 – with a figure of around $154m. Eagle Express Lines was right behind UPS with around $140m.
Sticking with the transportation theme, United Airlines, Delta Air Lines and American Airllines were at numbers 6, 16 and 18 respectively. Trucking firm Salmon Companies placed fourth, with $229m.
Technology firm Honeywell came blazing into the list at number three, with $273m. Amongst other services, Honeywell has provided hand-held mobile delivery devices for letter carriers.
